I'd quit wasting my money on lottery tickets first. ;)

Second, sounds like Mr. Cheeks may be "playing" more than the lottery, being accused of playing an "attempted scheme" on the Lottery folks.

It'll be interesting (albeit mildly) to see how it turns out.

I did too decades ago and then I never spent more than $5/week. Years ago I bought 36 one dollar scratch offs as a birthday present to a friend. If I recall she won either four or six bucks.
