Now this may not look like that much of a big deal to some here, but to me, My father spent 35 years at the VOA and he loved his job. He would be rolling in his grave right about now.

They’re clearly up to something. There Is almost certainly more to it than just Bannonizing the VoA.

As a long time VoA listener, I have always been intensely proud of the way the VoA presented the US to the world, warts and all. Only the BBC world news has as much credibility.

VOA has been a tool of the left for decades. The utter nonsense about VOA being non-partisan is a deliberate lie. The VOA was initially created and funded by the Department of War until 1945, before being put under the Department of State. That alone should tell you that the VOA was entirely for propaganda purposes. Specifically they were created to counter the NAZI propaganda during WW II, and then later used by the State Department to counter propaganda from the USSR. Since 2014 the VOA and other government-based partisan propaganda sources, which were prohibited under law from being broadcast within the US, are now allowed to broadcast their fake news to Americans.
