Russia's FSB chief says U.S., Britain, Ukraine behind Moscow attack

The director of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB), Alexander Bortnikov, said on Tuesday that the United States, Britain and Ukraine were behind the Moscow concert hall attack that killed at least 139 people on Friday, state news agency TASS reported.

Ukraine has denied Russian accusations of involvement in the attack, for which the Islamic State militant group claimed responsibility. Western countries have said their intelligence indicates that ISIS-K, Islamic State's Afghan offshoot, was responsible.

The US has been arming and training Ukraine to fight Russia for the last ten years. They orchestrated this conflict from the beginning. They brought war to Russia’s doorstep.

So it seems Putin has decided not to go after those who claimed responsibility, but to try and use it for internal propaganda. I am not surprised.

However, if it turns out to be true, then it serves Russia right for starting a war for no reason, that some of the damage would be on their land too, after how many tens of thousands of Ukranian civilian casualties.

The most interesting point is that people are absolutely confident in their own... And in what way? In the version?
The fact that ISIS has claimed responsibility... so they will soon be taking responsibility for the diarrhea of the King of England. Their reputation has long since fallen after the debacle in the Syria. So they will take over the floods.
While there are questions about this terrorist attack. And the fact that it was performed not by Islamist fanatics, but by ordinary mercenaries, is absolutely certain.
So, unfortunately, it is impossible to say with 100% certainty that the performers are not backed by more serious forces.
The investigation will show.

Of course, if someone else is really behind the organization of the terrorist attack, and ISIS is here to divert their eyes... then nothing can be done anyway, any evidence will be smashed against propaganda... but then you can play this game together, and I think after a while Russia will also warn the United States about the imminent terrorist attack... We didn't let the genie out of the bottle.

With FSB help. There is no way the slow response from Russian security was not intentional. They even had observers at the concert.
