Pro-Russian forces in the Donbass launched a rocket with a large explosive charge toward the village of Marinka.

The launch was made from the village of Aleksandrovka in order to provoke the Ukrainian troops to return fire.

Then, occupants would have reason to blame the Ukrainian side on shelling civilians.
