A poll from Quinnipiac University National found 64 percent of American voters believe Trump committed crimes before assuming office, while 24 percent did not believe that he had (another 13 percent said they weren't sure.) Forty-five percent said they think Trump committed crimes since taking office compared to 43 percent who think he did not.

The numbers among Republicans were better for the president, with a third saying they believe he committed crimes before taking office and 48 percent saying he did not. Only 12 percent of Republicans said Trump had committed crimes since taking office while 79 percent did not

The President sets the standard for a nation. If the President is allowed to commit blatant crimes for his own benefit then how can we tell any other person in the country they can't do the exact same thing?

Neither did I, Hillary is scum. Slightly less offensive scum than Trump, but scum none the less. I wouldn't trust either with a ham sandwich. But just because Hillary is an untrustworthy, status quo Republocrat willing to sell out ideals for dollars doesn't mean that somehow Trump is absolved of his conman antics.

Donald Trump just declared a National Emergency for something that isn't even kind of an emergency. President Obama did absolutely nothing that President Bush hadn't done before him.

So basically you're just telling me that you know less than nothing about our Constitution, right? President Obama literally taught Constitutional Law as a College Professor. He is a graduate of Harvard Law. I can assure you that he understands what is and is not a power of the President way ****ing better than you do.

But if you want to talk about the Constitution, fine. The Constitution states that the President should be impeached by Congress if he is found to have committed high crimes. He very clearly has, so until you and the Republicans in Congress are willing to do their jobs and remove this criminal from office you don't have **** to say about the constitution.

All the poll reveals is the inherent nature of news and commentary influencing how people perceive those in power.

While I tend to agree that Trump (and the Trump Organization) committed crimes before taking office we still do not have an indictment to validate the suspicion. All we really have is the perception of events, stories about investigations, and journalism / commentary to form opinion off of.

Having such a large percentage does speak volumes on perception of Trump, as did also when the overwhelming majority of voters believed Hillary committed a crime with her email server handling.

Ironically, we ended up with both of them running for President in 2016 and some of us then (including me) kept asking... "is this the best we really have?"

Smoking a little weed in College is not remotely the same as paying multiple porn starts to keep quiet about affairs they had with the President a mere months after the birth of his youngest son. Based on some legal experts Michael Cohen has implicated Trump in at least 11 felonies. Furthermore, many of those felonies were committed for the purposes of helping him win the Presidency in the first place. Given that Trump lost the popular vote regardless of those crimes it is a virtual certainty that those crimes won him the White House in the first place.

These crimes have radically altered the course of this country in a way that the majority of Americans did not want. If you want power in America you have to legally convince the Majority of the American people you should have it. If you can't do that without committing major felonies then you have no right to be in the White House.

Except for the fact that James Comey, who was a Registered Republican at the time and had every reason in the world to want to see Hillary Clinton go to prison knew full well, her actions were not bad enough to warrant any kind of charges against her. Clinton was at worst Negligent. Donald Trump intentionally, knowingly, willingly flaunted the law on numerous occasions.
