Mueller will probably have some explaining to do when either or both Manafort's and Flynn's lawyers bring this up in court.

Nope- read about the agent- I have readabout this case for mnay years

What did Mueller do that is such a conflict that saving an Agents life makes him disqualified.

Now go ahead and pretend you care about that agent who is in all likelihood dead
You keep sinking lower and lower.
Is there no level that Spanksters like yourself will not sink to?

They are investigating the possibility of "collusion" with the Russians, and one of their targets is someone they not only worked with, got to pay 25 million in his own money to help but has gotten special visa's to visit the States. That leads to some "hmmm" moments and could cause legal issues for Mueller's probe.

I signed on about a year ago, here @ DP. There was a definitive grasp of straws by the anti-Trumpers. I was one of those posters and have mellowed somewhat. Every little misstep was “the one” that was going to end this Presidency. The pendulum has swung significantly to the other side. Now it seems that the supporters are the ones grasping at straws that favor the President’s position. This thread for example, the other Michael Cohen bank records, the Russian catering company that wasn’t supposed to exist at the time of the election........and on and on...

he U.S. government in April imposed sanctions on Deripaska, one of several prominent Russians targeted to punish Vladimir Putin — using the same sort of allegations that State used from 2006 to 2009. Yet, between those two episodes, Deripaska seemed good enough for the FBI to ask him to fund that multimillion-dollar rescue mission and to allow him into the country eight times.

I was alerted to Deripaska’s past FBI relationship by U.S. officials who wondered whether the Russian’s conspicuous absence from Mueller’s indictments might be related to his FBI work.

They aren’t the only ones.

Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz told me he believes Mueller has a conflict of interest because his FBI previously accepted financial help from a Russian that is, at the very least, a witness in the current probe.

“The real question becomes whether it was proper to leave [Deripaska] out of the Manafort indictment, and whether that omission was to avoid the kind of transparency that is really required by the law,” Dershowitz said.

As for the Agent, well it's clear in the Article that they couldn't get the deal done because of the State Dept. I don't' see you raising any ire with them, because well.. that would mean criticizing Saint Hillary and you can't do that.

go ahead and pretend you actually care about russia at all. the right wing tried to tell you about the dangers of them, but you left wing extremists laughed it off. then what happened during obamas same term? thanks

Now how is he conflicted. FBI deals with criminals all the time, same as Intel Agencies.

i find it hard to believe the radical left but i cant prove you did or did not vote for him. either way, you defend him constantly. the same guy who colluded with russia and in his same term, we were hacked coincidentally. you may not have voted for him, but you still support him.
