Is Trump allowed to rob me? What about Biden? What about Schumer?

Here the concept the authority is allowed to rob you is examined.

Democracy can feel cumbersome and downright oppressive if you don't agree with the majority. But it's far better than the alternative, yes?

Every time I open one of your posts, you rob me of time!

How you wanna pay for that?

The so called majority does not agree with Trump and sure, it is oppressive.

What did you come away with in the Larken Rose video?

You just robbed me of my time. So what pay will you pay?

Not a word about the Larken Rose video. I debated Larken and he would make you look silly, wait, sillier.

He thinks the government shouldn't exist. It's not a viewpoint I find interesting.

Wait, you mean like Antifa? Like Black lives matter? Just like Democrats do daily?

Is this another one of those "Taxes are theft." arguments?

I thought you wanted to talk about the video. I see now that was a lie.

Yeah, you can get the gist of this video in one minute, but he spends another nine minutes repeating exactly the same thing over and over again.

What? Why won't you discuss the video. Opinions are not discussion. What do you like or not like about the video?

I did discuss the video. You haven't responded.

He thinks the constitution has no right to exist. Like I said, it's not an opinion I find interesting. The constitution does exist and it does have authority. If he doesn't like that, he should leave.

But you defend the Trump government. It is the existing government.

Trump is not the government. He doesn't own it. We do.

Conservatives have forgotten that.

Did you watch to the end? He literally crumpled it up and threw it in the trash. There are going to be some constitutional purists kicking their dogs this afternoon...hehe

The President does not have the authority to lay and collect taxes, that is Congress.

As for his analogy of just declaring himself, the power to lay taxes is specifically with the House of Representatives, which “ shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States,.” It also has to be passed by the Senate, which “ shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof,.”

So self-appointment falls apart there and he also fails to recognize “ the right of the people...to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”

Of course he is welcome to not pay taxes and not use public roads, emergency services, eat, drink or otherwise use anything subject to government health or safety regulations and to work for less than the minimum wage.

Actually, even if he did all that, he'd still have to move, since by living in America he enjoys the safety provided by the military, which keeps foreign forces out of America. Is Somalia still without a functioning government? Maybe he'd like to live there...

So, you granted TRump the right to rob your stuff? And you also granted Trump the right to govern as he is governing?

Now every Democrat agrees Trump has the right to govern as he is governing. Wonderful.

In regards to taxation? Sure...what's he doing that is different from anyone else?

PS: I'm not a Democrat, I'm Canadian.

Wait, all by themselves? Congress can up and tax you all by themselves. As to this line or argument, Trump is the president. And it looks like you all approve of Trump since his job is explained in the Constitution. And of course you believe in the constitution.
