It depends on who wins.

If he intensely dislikes the person who wins, or perceives some political points to be scored, he will absolutely trash them on Twitter.

But, given that someone wins who is irreproachable from the right, he will probably just say he would've won, but, he doesn't even want it. That's a canned Trump line when he doesn't get the validation he craves.
