Great news! Tariff $150B income for July breaks monthly record!

Only the crazy mindless magas can celebrate a tax increase on the poorest Americans as if it is a good thing. They must come from a different planet to normal thinking people.

Also going out!!!
Out of American pockets.
Somebody has to fund the goverment. Foreign companies don't like tariffs because they're the one that are partially paying for it.

Do the poor buy imported items on a regular basis, or are they limited to the basics of items made here?

Thank you President Trump!

What's good about it? Proctor & Gamble just announced price increases due to the tariffs.

What makes me happy, and it should for you too, is not how much of my money ends-up in the government's pockets? But, how much is in my pockets!

Hilarious. Leftists like you worship millionaire elites in the Washington Establishment who ANNIHILATED the standard of living of poor and middle-class Americans over the past 4 years. Nobody has done more to help poor Americans over the past decade than Trump.

Regardless, these costs do get passed on to us consumers. Do not deny the facts.
Tariffs ultimately get paid by a combination of the exporter, importer and consumer. This is why Ford and GM have have large write-downs, and this is why other counties are complaining so much, this is why we're seeing a tiny uptick on inflation. The bigger picture is somebody has to fund the goverment because our DOGE efforts have fallen flat due to unpopularity from the masses.

Untrue. Americans are elated to see billions saved to be used here thanks to Doge.

And from our pockets, we pay for the rest. Proctor & Gamble just told us that today, as they're raising prices to us specifically due to Trump's tariffs.

Only MAGA could celebrate taking money from their own pockets and putting it into the government's! Such idiocy.

Everybody pays for tariffs. But taxation is essential for a goverment to operation. The bigger question is why is our government so large and so expensive to operate?

Not necessarily. Tariffs help American manufacturers.
Yes they do. But they add to the wholesale pricing of the imports used. This increases their price at market, which is the part that helps American manufacturers.
