Does the mail bomb sent to cnn have an isis flag on it?

Reports are coming in they were delivered by hand. At least the one's with the pics without post marks on the envelopes.
Why put 6 stamps and a address with a return address on it then ? Hmmmm....

Pretty sure CNNs was hand delivered. This also means there's video of the perpetrator. Also hearing these were constructed our of PVC, not pipe.
 
In that pic it definitely looks like Arabic. Who knows what message the bomber is trying to send, if any. It could be from an ISIS sympathizer or from someone who didn’t like the way CNN and the Dems handled the war on terror or is a morbid troll or any number of things. Hopefully they catch the guy soon.

No post marks, they were never actually processed through USPS, they were delivered by hand

I think by "hand delivered" they meant "delivered by a courier" or by a package service like FedEx or UPS, although I don't see a shipping label on the envelope either.

personally this whole thing stinks to high heaven, at least the CNN bomb, the sticker is still on the LCD clock display, how would the bomber know what time they're dialing in to the their explosive? 6 stamps but delivered by courier? the super specific business address?

I'm not willing to outright say this is a scam, but I'm not going to automatically dismiss it as CT out of hand.

FED Ex and UPS stamp and track every package and for UPS/Fed Ex to deliver it it has to have a shipping label on it.
Those weren't delivered by any legitimate shipping company. They were stamped, addressed and delivered by probably whoever built the thing's .

Why would someone go through the trouble of making delivered bomb look like a mail bomb ?

I will say that on occasion I have received first class mail where the stamp didn’t have a postmark. As if it was just missed for stamping when making its way through the system. And if it was hand delivered the stamps could have been pt on there to make it seem to whomever received it that it came through the mail. If it is a scam I don’t think it is a scam by CNN. The payoff wouldn’t come close to justifying the legal risk.

This wasn't sent through first class mail, CNN said it was a courier, although theres' no shipping label visible.

Yeah that's the thing, if it were shipped through any legitimate parcel company it would have a scan label and could be tracked to the very location it was sent for delivery from and from there the lobby security camera. I used to have a friend who worked for UPS, their corporate security division is fanatical, they hire ex-Federal Agents, make sure every package is scanned, have cameras everywhere they're handled. I can only assume Fedex and DHL are the same.

Yeah, it is. The middle symbol isn't an Arabic letter, and given the picture of a persons forehead on the right side, it's probably a piece of newspaper.

Interesting. It could have the stamps on it also to give the sender the option of sending it by mail if necessary. Though it looks heavier than what is a allowed to be mailed through those blue drop boxes.

Maybe a bicycle courier. We have them in Houstons downtown area but I'm not sure how the whole bicycle courier thing works

I would assume they would have to also track and account for each package, because they're used by attorneys and our court house in Houston

This was already suspicious, now it's getting strange. People were pointing out the lack of any postal markings this morning, but the media ran with mail bombs anyway

Not a letter, but a word. It could just be pareidolia due to the fuzziness but I have seen Allah written that looks that way. I’m not fluent by any means but I used to live in Libya and was exposed to Arabic on a daily basis. But it could just be a symbol that looks that way given the resolution.

If CNN said their bomb was delivered via delivery service, there should be video of the guy delivering it.

I would assume their security cameras are functional
