Comparing Maddow to Hannity proves nothing. What is the point being made? There is no significant fact you can draw, other than the naked fact of their numbers. What point could one make that the majority elected Hitler? That most people are easily conned? That's about it.

Just be mindful of the fact that there are more of us than there are of you. 2018 proved this, and 2016 proved it ( 3 million more votes for dems weakest candidate ever ). That is why I say "there are more of us". That is the only pertinent stat you can take to the bank.

Many in media read NYT and WaPo right ( and WSJ and Forbes ) right and left. why?

Because they are widely read, these are award winning publications, and their stories and op eds are often quoted. These are journals that it is every pundits duty to be abreast of.


Some of the lefts leading opinion leaders criticize WaPo and NYT; Noam Chomsky, for example. But they still read them, as they must.

IF you ask a question, one where you are seeking information the answer of which is widely known and therefore probably known to you, the glaring truth is that the question is disingenuous, and there is some ulterior motive, i.e., it's a manipulative question.


so, take a look at that ulterior motive, and just say what the **** you are really trying to say.

Manipulative?
Only if you consider that asking yourself if you realized that groups of people tend to gather with the like-minded and get their news from the same sources is manipulative.
So stats on places they gather and what they read don't mean anything.
And on the topic of the thread, projection is the driver and lack of self-awareness explains the high mileage.
