Now that Trump is president we are back in the space business. Another larger rover is on its way to Mars.

Under Obama we couldnt even put a man in low earth orbit.

This is earth shattering news. We've never been out of the space business. Do you have any idea of how long it takes to build one of these things? What makes you think trump had anything to do with it?

Did you read the part about the fact that under Obama we couldnt even put a man in low earth orbit. We had to pay the Russians MILLIONS to get our people to the ISS!!!!!
 
Obama had Curiosity and InSight. He also had Maven which is in orbit around Mars. Pretty damned sure that if you can put something in orbit around Mars, that putting something in low-earth orbit ain't a problem.

Do you do any research before you make dumbass arguments, or is this just something that flows without thinking about it?

You would be dangerous if you knew what you were talking about. We've been resupplying the space station for years using soyuz rockets the most frequently used launch vehicle in the world, for several reasons. Try looking into it before you damn the worst president in history.
 
Under Obama NASA ushered in the private sector for space exploration. Weird hill to die on for a conservative.

Your argument is as you say dumb assed. Do you know we had to pay the Russians millions to put our people on the ISS and bring them back?

Maybe you should do a little research yourself.

This is the barely coherent and grammatically inept speech of a man who desperately wants to be able to claim that he "cured coronavirus."

That's it, in a nutshell. When we do get a handle on this crisis, he wants to be able to pull out footage and declare "I called it! I said use this! I said try this! I told them to do this, it was my idea!" He's just doing it with lots of stupid stuff because he doesnt want to miss an opportunity. He's afraid 'the big one' will be mentioned and he wont get credit for it.

It's all about declaring himself the savior of the cv crisis and we'll hear all about it, esp in his campaign. (Which is basically each of his press briefings these days) --- Lursa

How stupid, Bush ended the Shuttle, Obama had nothing to do with it. This Mars rover was. In development for over 10 years. Put your Trump pom poms down.

And it was way cheaper than developing the station or technology ourselves and we did loads of research and got the benefits much cheaper.
