I don't see the legal problem here. Maybe a little on the sleazy side, but not illegal, since it doesn't seem to be any different than when almost every other president made money from books, or Nobel Prizes, or other things while in office.

For the record, I don't like it. I don't like it at all. I think that a public servant should serve the public, and not their own bank account. Make all the money you want after you leave office, not before.

But if this LLC is funneling money to him, it makes me even more interested in where those millions that went into Cohen's LLC went. I bet you they went straight into Trump's pockets.
