i use to post links and they would show up.
with the title.

now they all say access denied like below.

I’ve seen this once or twice. Usually clicking the link brings up what the poster C&P’d. Have they addressed the gibberish that comes occasionally with quotation marks?

That is indeed weird. You mean to say you didn't type "access denied," and it just came up on its own?

I copied and pasted the title. Maybe that's what you have to do.

I tried the same thing and it happened to me. I've seen it more around here.
 
Two things I do is reload the page or drop down the "History" tab and click the link at the very bottom. Works for me.
