Some time ago I moved from the UK to South America and after doing so i tried to log on to my outlook account. What I got was a form asking for the latest people i emailed, e-mail adresses, subjects of recent emails, names of folders etc. I filled in this form to the best of my knowledge then I was told that I hadnt given enough information. I tried again after asking some people for more information and filled in every single field provided with correct information, again I was told this wasnt enough. So i tried a third time and was told I was blocked.

Now what I would like to do is speak to a human being in order to resolve this situation, however every time i try the various numbers I simply get referred back to the online form.

I did find one website connected to microsoft where you can talk to a robot and if you give the right answer it will refer you to a "call back" service, where a technician will call your phone and answer your querry. However whenever I use this site I never seem to ask the right question to get then to do this?

Does anyone know a way that I can talk to a person directly at outlook?

Talk to someone? I have no idea. Your best bet is to hit up the Microsoft support forums. Even if Microsoft doesn't get back to you they have members on the forum that may be able to solve your issue.
