What do you look for in WordPress themes? What kind of criteria does it need to pass?

I have a free theme for one of my blogs, and am pleased somewhat with the way it looks, but... it's not optimized for phone use. So I'm looking for a new theme. I am willing to purchase a premium theme, but I'm thinking these criteria are important...

1) Phone compatible,
2) Multiple browser compatible,
3) Current and routinely updated,
4) SEO worthy,
5) Widgets

What would you look for? I'd like to see if I'm missing something I might find out I'd have wanted later.
