problem sending messages

Hi

I am not sure this is the right place but for the past couple of days I have tried to send responses to posts and I get an error message saying my response is too short by 5 characters and I continue to get it no matter what I do.

Help?

One thing you have to be careful of is that you're putting your post at the very end of the one you're quoting. Sometimes you think you're at the end, but you're really not, so when you go to post, you'll get that message because you've actually typed your response within the body of the message you're quoting.

If you understand this message, I'll be amazed. ;)

I know it's confusing. But look at my post you grabbed. Let's say you accidentally started your answer in between my first and second line. Maybe I put extra spaces between the lines for some reason and you thought you were at the end of my post, but you weren't. When you finished your comment and tried to post, you'd get that message.




Ok, try it here. Type your response a couple lines up from this line. You'll get the message you're talking about when you try to post it.

I thought your first response was slanted (my mistake) your second response to not conform to my view of the first (my mistake) so I could not figure out where you were going serious or derogatory. Thus the question marks.
