Brady is an ageless GOAT QB, his special diet will keep him going and he'll win another SB, you'll see. The Pats on the other hand, are doomed, they'll be lucky to make it into the playoffs.

n these trying times, the New England Patriots are living up to their nickname.

As first reported by Andrew Beaton of the Wall Street Journal, the Patriots sent one of their planes to Chine to retrieve 1.2 million N95 masks from China for use by American health-care workers.

Per the report, the operations required patience and precision. Once the Patriots obtained permission to land in China, the plane was permitted to be on the ground there for at most three hours. With three minutes to spare, the masks were loaded into the Boeing 767 painted in teams colors and adorned with the message “6X Champions.”

The plane initially went to Alaska where it awaited final approval to retrieve the masks from China. The plane is due to land in Boston on Thursday afternoon.

“I’ve never seen so much red tape in so many ways and obstacles that we had to overcome,” Patriots owner Robert Kraft told Beaton. “In today’s world, those of us who are fortunate to make a difference have a significant responsibility to do so with all the assets we have available to us.”

With no sports now I was revisiting some players of old. I glanced on some highlights of Hershel Walker and looking back at him you ask if he was on your team why would you trade him?
He has to be the most powerful running back the game has ever seen. He ended up being on 5 different NFL teams.
My god, I forgot just what a weapon he was.

Though I recognize that it’s a monetary issue, and Foles had to restructure his contract, I remain convinced that a two-QB System is the best, unless you have a GOAT. With Foles now in competition with Trubisky up here, neither has shown the history of playing every down of the year.

I’m glad we have a Super Bowl QB. Competition will make Trubisky better. Different QBs match up differently, depending on the defense they’re going against. I prefer a two and one series rotation, so both QBs can see the defense from the sidelines with the coach.

Will they keep a #3 in Chase Daniel? We still have all-purpose back Tarik Cohen as wildcat and an occasional toss. It’s time for Pace and Nagy to be held accountable. With their schedule of the NFC South and the AFC South, with off games with LAR and NYG, they should be competitive for one of the seven playoff slots.

Given out Nagy mangled the kicking competition last year, I have not faith he will manage the QB competition appropriately.

He is an American joke. People forget Adam Vinatieri won the Patriots their first SB. Drew Bledsoe win the AFC Championship when Bum Brady got injured. Boy, I miss Drew.

Gawd no. Tampa Bay is a joke of a sports city. They barely have any fans. The Raiders had more people show up for their games, and they play in Oakland!

When Winston instantly announced his departure from Tampa, I wondered why. It's the best backup QB job in the league. Great offense and two years under the Goat. Then one has a shot at inheriting a playoff team. Maybe New Orleans. Where else is so good an opportunity for a backup? Did Winston think he was getting starting job offers? In what world?

Now this is not a good sign:

Winston was gonna be replaced. Whom was incidental. Coulda been Rivers, a draft pick or others. It's not as if no other QB could have replaced him.

Hard to really say because we measure everyone by Superbowl wins. And, the Brady reign in NE was an incredible run of every win imaginable. But, are wins all there is too it? And, is this era of the coddled QB even close to what a field general faced back in the days when Terry played?

Is Brady a great passer like Fouts of Marino? No. Does he have the presence of Staubach? No. Hell, I don't even think he is as much of a winner as Montana who carried the 9'ers over incredibly stout defenses like the Bears and Giants, almost getting killed in the process.

So, it all depends on how you look at it, I guess.

Bradshaw was on WFAN yesterday, this article wasn't about that interview, but what he said on WFAN was pretty close to this article.. Basically he's saying it's impossible to compare QB's from different Era's. I'm not a big fan of Terry Bradshaw the football analyst, but on that I agree with him.. He pointed out Joe Namath in his career threw more Ints than TD.s.. And that Bradshaw himself only threw 2 more TD's than Int's in his career. While Rodgers has well over 300 TD's and only about 80 Ints.

Does that mean Rodgers is that much better than Bradshaw? Namath? No, but the Stats of today are so much skewed for the QB's, it's impossible to fairly compare Rodgers to Joe Namath.

As far as Brady? His point was yes, because of his 6 rings he is the 'best'.. But does that make him the 'greatest'? No.
 
Tom Brady filed paperwork seeking to trademark “TB x TB” shortly after signing with the Buccaneers. The quarterback now seeks two other trademarks.

Chuck Schilken of the Los Angeles Times reports that Brady also wants protection for “Tompa Bay” and “Tampa Brady,” having filed trademarks for those phrases earlier this week.
