The only team I have seriously disliked is the Cowboys, because they took the "America's team" hype seriously.

Okay, and the Patriots. But who, outside of Boston, likes the Patriots?

LOL I used to have a taxi driver (in Columbus, Ohio of all places) who hates Ohio State and loves Michigan. He roots for New England just because "they have a Michigan quarterback."

Football is the ultimate team sport. Even the quarterback is technically just one of 11 players on offense. So I never base my team choices on one player, who can leave the team at any time.

The reason I hate Baltimore is why the team exists: stupid Art Modell robbed Cleveland's fans of professional football without a good cause. I know a lady who totally stopped watching football just because of that move.

The reigning MVP has better receivers to throw to than the probable next one. Tennessee's defense is not equipped to stop a QB who can score four touchdowns in less than 10 minutes.

And what about the Chiefs defense? Ryan Tannehill is underrated. His numbers are not that much different than Andrew Luck. He has been a savior taking over that bum Mariota.

Yeah, Art is the eastern version of Al Davis....and don't forget about Bob Irsay who left Baltimore giving Modell an opening.

PS: Cleveland still lacks a professional football team.;)

I hate the Packers mainly because of their fans. They are uncivilized people who eat kraft cheese slices at movie theatres. Plus the women there are like cows and they are a big reason for who we have as president.

True. Tannehill was badly utilized in Miami, which has had some dreadful coaching. The Chiefs RB, Damien Williams, who scored 3 TDs was cut by the Dolphins.

About the Chiefs defense, they replaced the coaching staff and changed from 3-4 to 4-3. It took about 10 games to figure out who was doing what. There was a great line in a podcast this week, the Chiefs have more muscle mass than last year.

Wow, the Seahawks were robbed!
 
This was brought up during yesterday's game.

Starting with week 17 the Titans have beat the winners of the AFC South(Texans), East(Pats), and North(Ravens). If they beat the Chiefs next week the Titans would have beat all 4 AFC division winners in 4 consecutive weeks. I doubt if that has ever happened before.

Very impressive accomplishment for the Titans, and even more special considering the way they started out this year.

I'll bet that Belichick sent a few snarky texts to Vrabel.....and a few kudos :mrgreen:

My house said after the Ravens game that the Titans are going all the way. Seems to me that the press thinks the 49ers are the ones.
 
Nostalgic me hopes for a KC vs GB SB.. But I don't see anyway GB beats the 49'ers in SF.

As for the AFC who the hell knows? I can see the Titans running all over the KC defense. But still losing because Mahomes and KC runs up another 50 points.

Seahawks D had a chance to stop GB on 2 3rd downs in the last 3 minutes of the game, but both times couldn't stop GB and get off the field.

GB won ugly all year long, and they did again.

Don't worry, they won't make it past SF next week. It's going to be a SF/KC Superbowl.
