Well, the Titans just picked off the Ravens and returned it for 31 yards. And just now, first blood to the Titans.
Titan Power! I eat my words. Congratulations on your prediction!
Too bad Brees had an off game last week. Vikings clearly did not belong in this one.
I never understood why people said all week Minnesota is actually better than San Francisco. Sean Payton gave the game away with 21 seconds left in regulation.
Hopefully this one will be more interesting. The first game was a yawn fest. I actually stopped paying attention mid-way in the third quarter.
Certainly the Titans are looking quite unstopable, playing very well on both sides of the ball.
To stage a comeback, Lamar Jackson needs to lead two drives with TDs and 2-point conversions, and his defense can't allow any more points. Very, very difficult to accomplish. Not impossible, let's remember the 28-3. But very difficult when the QB is young and rattled like it's been noticed. The 28-3 comeback, the QB as the GOAT, Tom Brady. Lamar Jackson is very good but he doesn't have yet Tom Brady's experience, poise and calm.
Whoah, what a shock. I didnt think the Ravens would lose. Seems the Titans are now red hot and could win it all.
I think the difference in the game was 12 days of rest vs. a short week and playing on 6 days of rest. Vikings were beat up and it showed. I hate the NFL Playoffs schedule and how it give so MANY advantages to top seeds. Jimmy G needs to be humbled, and that can't happen soon enough. (I do have to say that SF schemes well for his limited talent, though)
Undefeated teams don't cry.
BTW, Wilson played in Wisconsin, so he knows cold games, but it will be hard to spin his magic in the snow. But 24° is hard on anybody. Especially old running backs.

Not yet in the playoffs?Man where was this Titans team all season?
Man where was this Titans team all season?
If the Patriots are done, what does that say about the Ravens?
Nobody can convince me it was not OPI but the game would have ended in regulation if Sean Payton had played to win instead of "not to lose" in the last three minutes. He had a timeout to use and never called it.
I was thinking today the most fitting Super Bowl matchup for the NFL's 100th season would be Green Bay/Kansas City - the first Super Bowl matchup in 1967. That is the one I want.
Actually, the real questsion iss about the Titans. What odes it say about Tennessee that they beat the Patriots in Round 1 and Ravens in Round 2 as the #6 seed?
