Looks like the rule that will require starting and relief pitchers to face at least three batters or pitch to the end of a half inning before being removed will become a reality in 2020.

Strasburg re-signed with the Nationals.

I can't believe they signed him before Rendon. Rendon is more valuable than Strasburg... easily. I would not consider Strasburg a workhorse..... typically he is always injured.

The last 4 years will be very bad but if Cole can be like Max Scherzer who has given the Nationals 5 good years, it will be worth it. Yankees are on dynasty watch now.
