Nfl 2019

And to think, some people (a certain Patriots fan comes to mind) thought Big Ben was to blame for the Steeler being a clown show over the past few years.

Yeah. Anyone looking objectively at the past few years can see Brown’s become unhinged. Drugs? Too many hits to the head? Idk but something has happened to him lately..

But the fan you are talking about isn't objective. Sooooooo

would not surprise me that he feels disrespected and has a massive chip on his shoulder

seems to look for slights

that $58,000 fine was the latest

I don't know why he would feel disrespected. The Steelers and Raiders paid him well and kissed his ass.

But yeah he does look for slights. The helmet. The fines. Seems like he may not want to play anymore.

Packers win in an ugly one, 10-3.

duh..bearz.

No wonder they hate the Patriots so much.

well well well. The Bears offense looked liked a well oil machine to tonight!

Another year, another anemic offense.

Rotflmao!!!

William Hill had a reverse line tonight with the Packers minus 4.5 at +240. That’s bet 100 to clear 240, which was a winner. Bears were +4.5 at -280 on that line, which was a loser. Think somebody knew something? Next door Iowa and Indiana now have sports betting, as it springs up all over, like weed.

pos will be in a grumpy mood tomorrow!

I'm fine- Bears fans tend to be cynical rather than overconfident, though things could have been better, like giving Trubisky reps in the preseason so he could shake the rust off instead of having to do it in the first game. I blame this on Coach Nagy, and on the QB.

Wrong P team. Bear fans hate the Packers. Most barely even know the Patriots exist...only noticing them on that last game every year.

Pack seem to always beat the Bears.

Either the Packer's defense is MUCH better than they've been in a long time, or the Bears offense is vastly overrated. But the Bears offense looked putrid last night.

But yeah Rodgers is 17-5 against the Bears.

Three points in the New Rules NFL...I doubt it was the second coming of the Steel Curtain.

I doubt it too.. But it's been a long time since we've even seen a decent defense in GB.

When the game ended more players, both offense and defense, went over and congratulated GB's defensive coordinator more than anyone else.

The Bears defense did well. The Packers were also bad. It's just that the Bears offense was awful. And that can be attributed to a lack of playing time in the preseason.

Somewhere Ray Nitschke is smiling.

Packers defense wasn't half bad, so partly it's not just the Bears O.

But Trubisky certainly played bad enough that saying it was just a good defense is overselling. Packer's D was good, not great, and while the Bears Oline didn't help, Trubisky failed to step up on a number of occasions.

Still the first game though. A lot can happen in the next 18 weeks.

It was a poor, poor showing by the offense. But as a Chicago fan, I am used to being disappointed by my teams.

On THIS site...there are Bears fans that HAAAAATE the Patriots.

And there are supposed Broncos fans that bootlick the Patriots every chance they get...

The Steelers definitely enabled Antonio Brown's behavior. Where do you think he learned this from? When he was recording the lockerroom on facebook live, did he even get suspended?

For a guy that has proven very little in this league, I wonder why his coach gives him superstar treatment and refuses to play him in the preseason.

Seriously. Isn't not playing in the preseason earned? Trubiskey is not in the same class as Brady, Mahomes, or even Matt Ryan.

The 49'ers played jimmy g. I just don't understand.

He may have had an injury of some sort, or they may have been concerned about him getting one in meaningless games.

Preseason needs to be cut to 2 games. Rodgers didn't play in the preseason either. And he looked a little rusty.. So why have 4 games?
