Nonsene. He was conflicted because it involved his good friend Chris Paul and his teammate, Rondo.

These are regular season games. The Lakers will be much more focused in the Western Conference finals.

East is better than people want to believe.

Toronto is for real. If they can stay healthy, they have a real shot at beating the Warriors in a 7 game final. Kawhi has lifted them up to that level.

Boston, once they get all their pieces gelling, is certainly up there with the Raptors. And, they do have the better coach--maybe even the best coach.

Indy, Philly and Milwaukee are no slouches either. I'm not sure who is the best of those three, but I like me some Giannis. Victor is not too far off that man's pace.

Long story short, the East is pretty damned good. And, with Lebron out of the picture, any one of those five teams can make a splash in the playoffs.

Chris Paul is a notorious reputation for being a thug.

This is a guy who went through a secret tunnel in the Staples Center to arrange a fight with the Clippers team.

Rondo was stupid enough to let Paul troll him. Rondo will pay with the most games away from the team. Magic should cut him when he returns.

My "dog" in the fight is seeing that the official agreed with what I was pretty sure I saw when reviewing the film this morning. Lakers picked a fight. Houston finished it.

Wow, Westbrook scores 32, George sinks 29 and the Thunder still lose to the Kings 131-120. I'll need to read some more details about that, but this certainly does not look good for the prospects of OKC.

They can't shoot 3s when the NBA more and more relies on it. Among the nine players that played double digit minutes last night, only Patterson and George shot 33% or better from deep. Didn't stop them from launching 39 attempts though.

And adding Schroeder is also probably a mistake. I watched him in Atlanta put up a ton of points and distribute the ball pretty well. But he can't shoot at all, is somewhat careless with the ball, and is right up there with Andrew Wiggins for worst defender in the league. And when he and Westbrook are on the floor together, which they must've been for awhile since they each played 32+ minutes, that's two sub-30% 3 point shooters, which makes defending the drives a lot easier when you don't have so much spacing.

Actually, this was a fight between Rondo's girlfriend and Chris Paul wife. The fight between the men probably was caused by the women.

Maybe the Lakers should put Rondo’s wife into a uniform and ask her to play some Defense. Lakers 0-3.

Maybe she could teach LJ how to shoot free throws in the clutch... The 3 pointer to take the game to overtime was impressive, But was grossly over shadowed by the free throw line "choke". And his last seconds shot in the OT could have been setup a little better.

They may win a game in the near future..
