The west, this past year, was very weak and at least the four top teams in the east would have been in the top of the west this year. Which is why it's likely the 2020 NBA champion will also come from the east - hopefully, a Kawhi led Raptors team, but if not it will be one of the other three.

The New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to trade Anthony Davis to the Los Angeles Lakers for Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, and three first-round picks -- including the No. 4 overall selection in next week's draft, league sources told ESPN.
