vDijk and GiNi have been outstanding this season!!

I'm very proud to be Dutch. We are just a tiny country, but damn can we play football!!!!!

and United got PSG today
I know... The English teams were generally screwed this round. Only Man City got a lesser team basically and Schalke ain't some one you should underestimate. We could very well see one or no English teams progress to the next round.

I fancy Spurs over Dortmund. Spurs are playing some nice stuff right now.

You do know that Dortmund are 9 points ahead of nr 2 in Germany right?

If anything Liverpool (other than City) have the better chance, since Bayern are not exactly on all cylinders. On the other hand, Liverpool have stated that the EPL is priority, and Bayern are as I stated.. 9 points behind Dortmund, so they need Dortmund to fade big time to have a chance of the Bundesliga.

Oh I know I still like Spurs. When they are in form they are one of the best attacking teams in Europe right now, Harry Kane has been in irresistible form recently.

I don't disagree, but there is one club that is at least as good attacking wise... that's Dortmund. It will be a tight game and I hope for Tottenhams sake that they are not at Wembley still.

no clue. The problem is.. does it have to be a superstar manager or just a good one? Does the guy have to play "Man U style" or something else. It is one hell of a big rebuilding project that is needed because of the mess Mourinho leaves at clubs.

The new manager has to rebuild the defence.... either by getting new players or making the players they have actually work. There is no doubt that some of the players are good defenders, but the fans demand "world class" and those are rare and expensive and frankly dont want to play for a weakened Man U.

On top of that, he has to rebuild a shattered team mentally and that aint gonna be easy.

Man U will be in a big mess for at least one more season and the question is if the board and fans will wait that long. This season is most likely fubar.. a cup run might be the best they can hope for and only way into Europe next season which will be critical for big named players.

Also Ponch would be insane to goto Man U.

Temp manager is an old Man United legend....Ole Gunnar Solskjær.

Possibly a good idea to be honest.

Not if you look at his managerial record so far.

But ManU have probably given up on this season, so they wanna bring in some cheap I think

He's done well in Norway, I wouldn't look at Cardiff too closely = as it was a toxic club he walked into.

He has done pretty well in Norway... several championships. He got screwed at Cardiff but that aint his fault that club is a mess.

Okay so Liverpool go into Christmas as 4 point leaders... Will they win the league?

I don't think Carrick has the coaching badges yet...and the man Man Utd want is probably Pochettino.

They're playing a waiting game so brought in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as a stop gap until the end of the season.

Wtf Man City?
