Do we all agree that Jeanie should have always been running the Lakers?

What she and Magic have done in so little time...

Have 5 of the worst years in Laker history...

... its a matter of individual perspective .... I felt they were five of my most favorite years in Laker history ;)

The lakers have the blueprint for a dynasty.

They are good now but when those young kids develop and you add klay thompson and kawi leonard, watch out.

The lakers are the top brand name in sports. Thats why I am a Lebron fan. Lebron roots for successful teams like the Cowboys and Yankees. He's a fan of greatness.

Lebron's legacy, fame, success, and wealth are enhanced by the Lakers brand name, not diminished.

You got post-basketball LeBron. He's not going to be driven to win like he was these past four years in Cleveland.

lol @ not knowing that.

Remember what Indiana Jones said about wear and tear..... its not the years, its the mileage. And James has a ton of mileage on his frame.

I have no doubt he can still have some good years ahead of him and he will help the Lakers. But as long as the Warriors do not crash their plane with the all star squad they now have , its hopeless for anybody else.

Klay Thompson is a free agent next year. He won't take a discount.
Draymond Green is a free agent in two years. He won't take a discount.
Kevin Durant is a free agent next year.

Unless you think all three of these players will be happy losing 5-10 million dollars a year, the Warriors won't be able to keep all their players. It is impossible due to the salary cap.

Notice, Kevin Durant has followed LeBron James in signing these short-term deals. He's positioning himself to get a full max contract. He's underpaid right now by $10 million a year.

The Warriors will be forced to give it to him or he will get it from another team.

He's only a good coach when his roster includes the best player in the game ATT.

He took the Bulls to the playoffs when Jordan retired. I believe they won 50 games.

I read Jeanie's book and it was mindnumblingly vapid. At least she knows to let Magic do the thinking about basketball.
