Spanish team finally out, and that means all the big teams have their teams out... well pretty much.
I dont see a clear "omfgs" team. Sure the Spanish midfield is "wtf" and "omfg", but their attack is by international standards... average. The Belgians have an over all team that on paper looks good, but in reality they are average players. England has a great attack, weak midfield and poor defensive 4. Germany lack firepower up front and seem unbalanced. Brazil is Brazil. Lots of individual stars, but that does not mean they can play together when it counts. Argentina are Messi, and not much more.
One thing for sure, the Spanish team are relatively defensive compared to previous years.
Belgium has Hazard and De Bruyne... no one else is World Class.I find your average players comment re Belgium odd. They have a raft of world-class players in their team. I don't think there is a clear front runner given that Germany are lacking up front for the first time in a while.

Their central defenders are in their prime but injuries are a serious problem. The wing defenders are average if that which is why they often play 3 at the back.
Midfield.. average at best if you look past De Bruyne and Eden.
Attack wise has two supposed world class forwards.... they are more hype than reality.
We shall see...this is probably Belgium 's last chance of doing anything with the current golden generation.

In what world is Lukalu more hype than reality? 33 goals in 66 games for the national squad. That's a better goals to game ratio than Rooney has at international level.
So glad to have Neuer back on the squad.
He is a weak link.. and that is gonna be a problem.
Germany lost....I doubt it. He played very well against Austria.
Germany lost....

It's a new rule and it's not just restricted to fans. Not everyone may be aware of this if they have traveled there before. Anyone, (whether you are going to watch the football or not), who travels to one of the host cities for any reason between May 25 and July 25, has to report their arrival to Police and Register.
Yes and you have to live by those rules. If you dont want to.. then dont go. It is the same with me.. if I want to go to the US, then I have to apply for permission and to get that permission I have to give the US intelligence services tons of personal information that they have no right too. And even if I did that, then the US government can and do deny people entry as late as gate at the airport... costing people thousands of dollars. It is something most non Americans have to live with, if we want to go to the US.
It's not the same as going to the US.
You don't have to register and report to the Police in each capital city in the US that you are spending more than three days in as you travel around once you have already been accepted into the Country.
If he has a concussion he might be out of the world cupAbsolutely brutal collision between France and USA. Giroud walked off gushing blood
This doesnt look good. I feel bad for him if he misses out on the world cupAbsolutely brutal collision between France and USA. Giroud walked off gushing blood
Bah another one. Quite a few players getting injured right before the WC. Italy lost one 2 days ago and Colombia yesterday. This doesnt look good. I feel bad for him if he misses out on the world cup
Never said it was.
What I did say, is that the US has similar bureaucratic bull**** that makes travelling to the US a pain in the ass which is my point. Sure the Russians have gone an extra mile on security/bureaucratic bull****, but no American should complain about that considering what us Europeans have to go through to visit the US.
You have to follow the rules when going to other countries.. that is just a fact of life and you have to accept it, but slamming a country for having those type of rules while your own has similar... please..
Not Italy but Argentina....brainfart.Bah another one. Quite a few players getting injured right before the WC. Italy lost one 2 days ago and Colombia yesterday.
