Tiger Woods 2018

Everyone deserves a second chance

In a general sense... maybe. But cheaters do not deserve a second chance in a relationship and should never be trusted by any future partner either.

The people that follow players instead of teams are not real sports fans... they are traitors to their team and community.

It's not a team sport. Favorite players leaving a team can be followed, according to the official rules. With a disavow, favorite team can change.

Nobody cared about Miami or Cleveland prior to Lebron going there... then you see those jerseys being worn... disgusting.

See? Who cares?

I heard he's coming back.

They can be followed but the new team should not replace the old team as the favorite. Traitors to sports do that... and it should be against the official rules.

I heard that too but rejoining your team is not treasonous... unless you now follow Cleveland.

With a visit or 3 to the new stadium, and a denouncement of previous favorite team ending all rights therein. As a transfer, one does not gain rights to any events prior to ones official join date. One can't, for example, transfer to the 49ers today and buy a Montana jersey. Nor could one be all, "how about that Rice!" No, transfers don't own that. All events from the time of transfer forward are wholly owned by the fan.

Favorite player moving is one event that can legitimately trigger transfer protocol.

Their are no traitors, only haters.

That sounds vested.

I just say Magic is the greatest basket ball player... I don't actually care if he does/did well as a person. You seem to actually care for Tiger.

I do root for the underdog.

Speaking of underdog, whoever this Reed guy is...

He won.

Who are we to judge? I heard Tiger and his ex-wife have a very good relationship now. They were just kids when they got married.

That is a bit harsh to say cheaters do not deserve a second chance in a relationship? What type of militant person are you???

He was 29. She was 24.

Oh how the liberal sports media like ESPN worship all Tiger does. They cannot praise him enough. Fact: he is a loser because among other reasons he loses at everything he tries. He won't admit to being a washed up has been and a disgrace to America.

Wow! Tiger shoots his best round in the last 10 years.

Tiger Woods in contention heading into final day of The Open

"It would be, as you said, better on Sunday,'' said Woods, whose 5-under-par 66 was his first score in the 60s at The Open in 11 years. "But I'm right there. I've got a chance at this, which is great.''

Playing at The Open for the first time since 2015, Woods birdied six of his 14 holes to tie for the lead, a position he held for about 20 minutes before Kevin Kisner birdied the second hole. Woods then bogeyed the par-3 16th, getting a bad break off the tee but failing to get up-and-down from off the green.

Tiger is one stroke off the lead through six in the final round.

If he wins, will he do a Jordan and fall to the ground and kiss the earth?

Woods tied for the lead through 8

Entering the back 9; one man stands in first place alone.

TIGER!

Amazes me how many people said Tiger will never another major tournament again.

Golf is not like other sports. 40 in golf is like 30 in basketball.

He is losing control just like he lost control of his marriage.

Probably unfair to say he choked, but he did not seize the moment, either.

Talking about a mixed race man’s marriage when you support whom?

Tiger has never won a major when he did not have the 54 hole lead. His result today was in line with his past performance.

He had 120 affairs in the span of 5 years - which included his neighbor's daughter whom he had known when she was 14 years old.

I see it slightly different than that. He simply could not maintain that torrid pace. In the end, he shot par in 3 of the four rounds. With the five-under yesterday, that's not bad.

You mean, he's like Trump :)
