[W:549] Nfl 2018

Sorry, but your account is at variance with the record. Incognito played through 2017 and was named to the Pro Bowl. Pouncey is still active and was the only Dolphin to be named to the Pro Bowl at two different positions. Investigation turned out much better for Incognito than for Martin.

I live in Miami and followed it. You're confused and I needn't guess why.

Both Martin and Richie both have mental problems, that's evident.

I definitely believed Martin was bullied however not all the blame should go on Richie Incognito. The Dolphins are a disorganized franchise. The fact that J. Martin couldn't confide in other teammates/leaders, a head coach, or member of the front office showed this as a systemic problem.

So Jack Hayes is wrong in blaming Jonathan Martin. He was placed in a terrible environment. This type of thing wouldn't have happened in New England.

richie incognito is a nut case. I believe he was the team leader on the Dolphins which shows you the problem.

I suggest you review the record posted in #2800.

I really don't care. In the court of my opinion he's guilty.

And that is a meaningless court of anything because it only speaks of some people who are suspicious and others who just hate/dislike the Patriots.

I also dislike Trump and call him stupid names (usually not curse words though) and I denounce his evil policies but with regard to the Russia stuff I try at all times to keep to the Mantra, innocent until proven otherwise.

I don't care about Trump either.

But the sentiment should remain "innocent until proven guilty" even in Brady's case.

He was certainly proven guilty of destroying his phone, which would lead reasonable people to conclude that Brady was covering up his cheating.

Which is not a crime, it is his property last time I checked. If I were a celebrity I would destroy all my old phones too.

You and Jack Hayes would make terrible attorneys. You need PROOF to prove guilt.

What calamity is basically saying is that if your employer thinks you are distributing child porn on your phone, by not handing them your phone you are automatically guilty whether you were actually distributing porn or not.

That's not how our law or society works in this country.

And lets assume Brady did cheat... let us entertain this hypothetical.

Shouldnt wearing gloves be illegal?

Shouldnt it be illegal for baseball hitters to spit in their hands so they can better grip a baseball bat?

The argument that Brady is a cheater because hes throwing a lighter football is ridiculous.

For some people it is, usually because of dislike of the subject of the investigation.

It is such a dumb argument. If those footballs are lighter, then Andrew Luck is throwing the same football giving him an advantage as well!

There's plenty of proof that he destroyed his phone.

I wasn't aware destroying your own property was a crime?

Neither is cheating. But, both are against NFL policy.

Brady cheated; then he destroyed evidence.

there is no evidence he cheated, and so far nobody is able to prove that without a shadow of a doubt there was any deflating nor was there evidence that Brady had participated in this, nor that his phone had any evidence of anything.

Like I said, I don't think Tom Brady cheated. But just to clarify, you are wrong about what you just said. Teams play offense with their own sets of footballs. The balls used by Brady are different from the ones used by Luck.

False

Listen brother. Science has already proven Brady's innocence.

If brady was accused of killing someone and it was alleged the proof was in his phone that is all completely irrelevant if the murder victim is not dead.

It doesn't matter what was in his phone logs.

He had a guilty conscience. That's why he destroyed his phone.
