NFL Pizza

Papa Johns is ****. Pure ****.

I said this in another thread some time back... I'd like to go to papa johns and just order their garlic butter and eat it with some other pizza.

Papa Johns & Pizza Hut both suck, as most all chain pizza stores suck

you wanna REAL pizza? Go to your local Mom & Pop pie shop .............

And I'm a Teddy Roosevelt, Eisenhower republican.

My two favorite presidents.

Teddy was a "progressive", he actually began speaking for women's right to vote in college, but he was a practical progressive.

While Ike was a Republican, let's remember he poured more $ into infrastructure than all Republicans since. The massive interstate idea would be seen as left wing today and criticized like Obama's was.

Place near me serves the "authentic" pizza, Neopolitan. They use no tomato sauce, but whole tomato slices. Best pizza I've ever had

I liked teddy for the national parks and trust busting the **** out of those robber barrons who were actually the ones running the country at the time. Politicians were just a facade of representation. And now we need that kind of shakeup again were we forcefully divest the rich from politics. Saw a great PBS documentary on these robber barrons and how they shot themselves in the foot so badly.

I liked Eisenhower precisely for his infrastructure building and that he was military general who realized war and arms races weren't the answer.

Their sub I had sucked though. Still love the wings. Haven't tried their pasta yet.

This is a fast food pizza joint, not some nice Italian eatery. I wouldn't really get anything but their pizza.

However, as I said, if I have pizza I tend to make it myself. Pizza dough isn't hard to make, and homemade pizza is really good. OK, not Gino's East or Uno's good...but you have to live in Chicago, the city with the greatest pizza in the US, to get those.

I live in the Northeast, they both suck balls. Every two blocks up here is what might as well be a nationally renowned pizza place.

I actually think the gawdawful PJ's is a little better than PH.

I'm looking in to getting a pizza cooker. My wife's uncle is selling me on the idea.

He said they get all crazy inventive with making pizza's now. While your oven gets up to 450 to 500 degrees, he said this thing has a pizza stone in it and gets up to around 700 to 800 degrees and does it right.

The same in my city, in many neighborhoods. Though when the kids get the place from the mom & pop immigrants, they sometimes expand into a chain, or worse - franchise.

I use a cast iron skillet and an oven. Works very well.

Could be. Manning is a Republican, but he's a Bush Republican like me. Not a Trump Republican, whatever the hell that even is anyway.
I think that's a very fair distinction. I've never been a Republican, but your meaning was clear to me.

Word. Chain pizza: PJ, PH, Little Ceaser, Dominos, etc.; tastes like cardboard.

...and he saw what America was becoming and warned about the military industrial complex; he foresaw the day when wars would be started simply to use up surplus hardware.

That was part of the reason for Korea. The US had all this weaponry around and needed to use it.
