Too soon to tell or not, the 4-0 QB is currently the hottest commodity in the NFL. And, guess what? His contract is up. He'll demand big bucks and someone--probably the 9'ers--will dole out the bread.

Jimmy Garoppolo has changed everything for the San Francisco 49ers including their timeline

Hype of real? I guess we'll find out in '18. One thing is for sure. If people were giving Brock Osweiller and Jay Cutler a hundred million, no one should hesitate handing Jimmy G that kind of coin.

Brock and Jay are exactly why someone should hesitate giving him that much money.

The staff in Boston were all in on Jimmy G. I'm pretty shocked that the Pats traded him.

The last Brady back-up the Pats traded away turned out to be a bust too. In fact, I struggle to remember his name.

The pats have proven they can get the "most" out of a qb.

Cassell was an undrafted qb and turned into a somewhat decent qb.

Jimmy g was a 2nd rounder and compared to Tony Romo. Jimmy has soaked up all the habits and knowledge from Brady.

The 49ers are lucky.

Patrots imo should sign manziel and draft lamar jackson.

No other option but to franchise him. Probably best for both parties.

Unless the 49ers know for sure jimmy g is a top-5 qb... you let it play out. Hes not taking a sweetheart deal like Brady does for the pats.
