Da Browns. Giants still have passion somewhat and that could eek them out a win along the way. Like "Win one for the Beckham" kind of angle. Cleveland... nada. I think they just dont give a **** anymore.

I’ll say the Browns. That sucks for the 2018 number 1 draft pick. Congrats, you’re the top draft pick, but don’t plan on being in the NFL long, because you’re going to the Browns.
The Browns have wasted so many top draft picks because of their horrible franchise leadership, they should make a rule that the Browns always pick last, regardless of their record.
