Raiders' stadium in Las Vegas has deep ties to gambling industry

I'll wager that within a few years the NFL will change it's stand on sports book and demand a slice of pie.
UK Premier League has team sponsors that are sports book houses, many sporting the business's logo on the uniforms.
NFL has sold advertising space on training camp uniforms, how long can they resist game jerseys?

Considering that the NFL just made a big cutback in advertising, I would suspect a pretty long time.

There are very few NFL cities in the US that don't have a non-stop flight to Las Vegas. It is a brilliant move by the Raiders and they are probably a lock to sell out any suites they put for sale that are gobbled up by the Casinos for their guests. The guy who owns Jacksonville is probably kicking himself that he didn't get there first. Every teams fan is going to check to see whether their team will be playing in Las Vegas that year.

Cutback in purchasing advertising or selling advertising? One revenue out and the other is $'s in, as I'm sure your are aware.

Another opinion: Do the Ads Ruin This NFL Photo Sequence? | The MMQB with Peter King

They are cutting back the fans exposure to advertising. They are making less commercial breaks that last a bit longer. It doesn't change the amount of time but it feels like less to the viewer and it gets rid the the dreaded: touchdown, commercial, kickoff commercial sequence. And they are also limiting the amount of TV show plugs. These are just small things but it clearly shows that the NFL isn't itching to massively expand advertising.

I wonder what the ticket holders in Oakland think since the Raiders will still be playing there for this season, at least. ;)
