Nfl 2017 [W:1941,2227]

Heard an interesting stat this morning.

Rothlisburger has a losing record at home against 2 teams. Of course the Pats, and...................... the Jags. Jags are 4-1 in Pitt.

He was awesome in the fantasy football season, really awesome. So sad that he is injured. With him in the team the Falcons would have really had a struggle. Now they have a much better chance, but they are still really going to have to fight hard to overcome the defense of the Eagles.
 
Vinovich -- stats are out on NFL crews -- still in its infancy compared to MLB

I agree but statistics are over-rated. Statistics without wins are hollow and given ownership and management, I am not optimistic.

Example: “We gained more yards than you!” “Check the scoreboard!”

Bottom line: if the Redskins let him go I'm done with them.
 
Wow Foles looks bad, but the Falcons are doing everything they can to keep Philly in the game.

Falcons should be blowing them out, but it's only a 1 point game.

Falcons gave the Eagles that last FG. Foles throws a perfect pass to the defender, and he 'kicks' the ball to the Philly receiver. lol

But yeah, Foles is awful, he's all over the place. Low, high, missing wide open receivers. No wonder Philly is an underdog, but again Atlanta is letting them hang around. That's a big mistake, letting the home team hang around.

Atlanta looks terrible. Foles looks no better, but Philly seems to be running the ball fairly well.

Ryan's fine, it's the play calling. It's college level. If we weren't so talented on offense it would be even worse.

Not yet decided. Green Bay and Kansas City were the Midwest teams of my youth. If Cousins goes to Denver or Jacksonville those could be attractive.
 
Atlanta is about to lose. So far they are playing the absolute worst second half imaginable.
