And, if so, how are you liking it?

For me?

The ONLY reason I do not cut the cable is because getting sports as good as cable offers them is WAY more expensive for me.

In every other respect, I can get everything I want from cable TV on the internet.

If you are prepared to spend a LOT more money, you can get even better coverage of major sports on the internet. But you (well I do) have to pay those big yearly subscription costs - and I just cannot bring myself to do it.

tons of sites based in countries that don't respect copyright makes it easy. It's all about how much you'll pay for convenience

firstrowsports.eu for instance

then run a dvi cable or whatever to the tv

or torrent it after the fact. To me this is worth $60/mo or whatever crazy amount cable is

I've used firstrow a few times as I don't have cable anymore. Not the best picture quality but you get what you pay for and to me it's mostly worth it as well. There are also digital HD antennas you can get and, depending on your area, you can get quite a few channels with as good HD as cable.

I get all the sports I want online. You have to be a little persistent to do that, but to not pay a $100 a month, I can persist.

Here's a link, you may want to try. Don't sign up for anything or click on any of the download apps. You need to be a little clever to figure out how to work the site, but once you get the hang of it, it's the only way to go, IMO.
