Good for him. His handwork and determination is unmatched. Perhaps the greatest college quarterback ever, the odds are against him, and certainly he has his detractors, but we are rooting for you Tim!

If he can hit the cutoff man, he'll be 10x the player he was in the NFL!

He was a very good athlete, but "greatest college quarterback ever"? I don't know. He had very good numbers, but his style of QB fizzeled out in the NFL. I think that on some level, "greatest ever" has to translate into being able to perform also at the NFL level. I thought that at the NFL level, he would have made a fantastic Tight End. He was never quite professional quarterback material.

Regardless, he's bound to be better than Jordan when it comes to baseball.

Really? Im pretty sure that was his downfall

I honestly couldn't care less to be honest.

Why do you say that? Jordan was killing it in the Arizona Fall League right before he went back to basketball

I wish him luck and good fortune. He is first and foremost an athlete and that counts for a whole lot when going to another sport.

Perhaps the greatest college quarterback ever,

Not even in the conversation.

He is in the conversation for the worst Pro QB of all time however.

He's 29. Not a chance in hell. God will tell him very soon.

Jordan failed miserably. Tebow will be worse.

Jordan's baseball career was more a publicity stunt rather than a career change. David Stern was forced to suspend Jordan for his gambling problem and Jordan had to find a way to make some quick money.

Tebow's baseball aspirations seem more pure. If Gary Sheffield thinks Tebow can make the big leagues in two years, that's some credibility there!

Tim Knows Baseball? Not like Bo.

Do you think you have to be a part of every instance of We?

Does anyone really care? Is he any better at baseball than he was at Football, I doubt it.

Now he can suck in two sports.

And Drudge can continue his manlove for him by reporting on him every day.

Well Tebow finally got his promotion to high-A but it was solely a publicity stunt. Tebow simply isnt a major league quality prospect.

Tim Tebow Is Failing Up | FiveThirtyEight

On Tuesday, the nation’s most famous low-A ballplayer, Tim Tebow, was promoted to the New York Mets’ high-A affiliate in Port St. Lucie. It almost goes without saying that the move likely had less to do with baseball and more to do with marketing and selling tickets.

Tebow’s resume with the Fireflies was hardly awe-inspiring: In 64 games, he posted a .648 OPS, which would be poor for a third baseman, never mind a left fielder. Nor was his defense excellent, as his seven errors show. In fact, his overall performance was so poor that his promotion is one of the least probable in the last decade.
