I'm about to have to go into work, but I'll post this quickly.

The black hole in my soul will never die.

That is all.

I hope you are a Brady believer now.

Falcons were measuring fingers for SB rings at half time...

It was amazing to watch Brady and the Pats in the 4th quarter,, they showed now panic.. just calm & cool.. almost like watching my cat play with a mouse,, just before the kill..

I did feel for the Falcons owner ( and the team) , It's one thing to lose the SB, but to have it torn from your hands like that,, they must have felt gutted like a fish after....

So Kyle Shanahan bungled the play calling and gave the Pats the win and the Niners decide to hire him as head coach? If I was a Falcons fan I'd be happy he's gone.

Wade Philips is an excellent Dc yet the Broncos let him go? Weird...

Rumor this morning.

Jay Cutler to the Jets.

IDK if NYC is the best fit for someone with the temperament like Cutler's.

Well the Bears needed to move on from him, thats for sure. And it wasnt fair for him to stay there either with all the flak he was getting.

But I agree weird move if true, perhaps they think to reunite him with Brandon Marshall, then again those two have not been on good terms for awhile.

Cutler needs to get away from the Bears. And the Jets need a QB. Besides that? Yeah, the rest of this makes very little sense.

Never know. Cutler may shine on a new team.

Bears should draft Watson. But, I doubt they will.

I agree. DeShaun Watson is a winner.

But rumors are that the Bears are going for Jimmy Garropolo. Ugh. This team is like the Browns lite. :doh

Well according to you Jimmy G would have won the Super Bowl if he had started instead of Brady.... hmmm.

Jimmy Garropolo won on the road vs the Cardinals on primetime and he was slicing up Miami before he got hurt. He is easily better than any QB in the draft this year.

Garropolo is also 4 years older than the average rookie, and he will command a huge salary compared to rookie deals. All that combined with the fact that every Pats QB that has gone to other teams becomes a dud (ie Matt Cassel), I would rather the team gets a rookie and takes their chances on that.

The Bears would be extremely smart in giving up their first round pick for Jimmy G. He could easily be the greatest QB in Bears history. I can see him carrying that franchise.

If the Patriots are smart, they work out a 5 year deal with Garropolo that has guaranteed money, light on the first year cap, and heavy the following 4. Brady plays next year and hangs up his cleats. If the Patriots are really smart, they play Jimmy G the first 4 games again and then maybe sit Brady every 4th game after that. They win next years Superbowl, Brady rides off into the sunset, Jimmy G steps in like he has already been there.

Brady wants to play several more years.

I know he wants to. I would bet he even has another 2 years in him...but I doubt he plays beyond next year. I'm sure they are having good honest discussion. As the GOAT...there is no way I see him playing a season at diminished capacity.

We shall see.

Honestly...I think it depends on what Bilichik see's in Garropolo. If he sees him as the QB that can pick up where Brady leaves off (whenever that is) I'd bet they try to keep him. If not...they will let him go.
