The Braves eliminated the Phillies tonight so is this their year to win the Series? Four division championships in a row ain't too shabby. Or is it five in a row now?

Amazing how one can change by living and working overseas for most of a life. It is Rugby for me. Here is a picture of the last World Rugby 7's Championship in Hong Kong from 2019. Can't wait until it returns. It was supposed to be next month, but the current political climate has changed that once again. *wipes a tear from eye* ;)

Breeders Cup marquee race is coming up. Flightline is on undefeated and is the big favorite.

It’s been about 50 years since we saw a racehorse of this caliber. After this race
The Mt. Rushmore of thoroughbreds Secretariat, Dr. Fager, &
Man o’ War finally have a worthy & needed fourth companion to fulfill
horse racings Mt. Rushmore. What a show Flightline put forth today.

i voted on that site that Dr. Fager was the greatest horse I ever saw run. In my mind, if we took all the racehorses that have ever run and put them at their best, than proceeded to run them at every distance from 7f to 10f on all kinds of varying turf, dirt, synthetic, and off tracks, Dr. Fager would win the majority of those races.

Dr. Fager had the finest year ever for a racehotse in 1968, earning Champion
Sprinter, Turf, Handicap and Horse of the Year. His mile record of
1:32 1/5 carrying 134 lbs. has not been surpassed in 51 years. In the words of Braulio Baeza,
“Dr. Fager could punch a hole in the wind.”

Sure wish we could get another year for more to witness just how great Flightline is but think it's a longshot. Heard he can make $40 million at stud next year, just might be too risky to bring back to race.

Flightline awarded race fans today with the most astonishing performance on the racetrack in decades. From 1965 to 1975 if me & my brother weren't at Aqueduct or Belmont on Saturday,
they'd send out missing persons alarms. After that we were more than casual fans with the
last time I went to Belmont was 1980 when Pleasant Colony was going for the triple crown
& was beaten by Coastal. It took 2 hours to get out of the parking lot that day. So it was TV
watching for the future.

I was at the Wood when Angel Light beat Secretariat the race before Secratariat ran his
3 great races in the triple crown. At the Woodward when for the first time ever the 1966,
1967 & 1968 horses of the the year ran against each other. Damascus, Buckpasser &
Dr. Fager put on a show.

Secratariats triple crown exploits probably has to rank him as the #! thoroughbred but
Dr. Fager IMO was so close IMO he ranks #1A. Flighline is in that caliber. I heard so much about Flighline I was wondering if he would live up to the hype & he did.

Currently watching Canada VS USA in the World Junior Hockey semi final. The 2 best teams in the tournament, imo. As a Canada fan the US always seems to have our number, but not tonight!

Six Nations Rugby in motion, sweet try from Ireland against Italy.

First Saturday in May! DERBY DAY

Morning line favorite Forte scratched. Like Angel of Empire and Tapit Trice. Will put a few bucks on Mandarin Hero as a Longshot.

Should get great odds on any horse you like.

Mike Tyson proving it's not the number of punches that you throw, it's the quality of the ones you throw that counts.

This ref does not mess around.

I thought this to be incredible during the Michigan and Iowa game. Not the kick return by Semaj Morgan, but look at the player that came from the ground, ran through the two teams, then chased him down and pushed him out of bounds.

This is what happens when the Cowboys play a real team.

I guess we are seeing the difference between the contenders and the pretenders.

James Cook has 100 yards more than the entire Cowboy team.

I haven't felt this happy in a long time.
