    The overall white birthrate is lower than the hispanic birthrate, true. That does not mean the hispanic birthrate is NOT declining, it just means the white birthrate is declining faster.

    As I said, you may win the demographic game in the short, but in the (very) long term, the only people able to double their population consistently are very religious, white-dominated sects. In 200 years, America will look very white, and very Anabaptist/Mormon.
