Chick-fil-A Blocked from San Antonio Airport Due to 'Legacy of Anti-LGBTQ Behavior'

That's a tough one, because I'm a big free-speech advocate, as long as the speech is legal. I may not want to eat there in that case, but I would not want them barred from being licensed. There's a difference between what I personally ascribe to, and what I respect due to it being legal.

I am not suggesting one being barred from being licensed to operate their business for being racists or having discriminatory beliefs. Of course they need to follow all laws.

But a builder, or a public entity, certainly has the right to choose to not have them being a part of their facility, be it a shopping center, airport, etc... If they feel the business in question does not represent their values. Of course, they do have to abide by the laws as well.

It is kinda a dump.

Got a cousin out there, Riverwalk looked nice other than that I’ll have to take your word. Like I said, I won’t step a foot there. My tolerance for this sort of BS is waning.

I hate to get involved in the political brouhaha, but I'l be damned if those born agains don't make some great chicken, keep a squeaky-clean place, and provide cheerful & helpful customer service. I'm a fan of them.

Furthermore nothing about the company has ever been proven to be anti-LGBT.

Agreed. As long one is acting lawfully, one should have the right to control their property as they see fit - whether their considerations are popular or not.

I don't follow it, so I'm not aware, but you may be right. I'm not aware of any employment discrimination law suits.
