Can anyone point to a state that is more poorly represented in the Senate?

Mitch McConnell

Rand Paul

Hard pressed to do so.

Mitch McTurtle is a longtime friend of Big Tobacco. McConnell voted against the Zadroga Act, which would have provided medical treatment for 9/11 first responders who experienced health complications related to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He favored the repeal of Net Neutrality. He supported and protected Trumps 35 day government shutdown this year. There are ~175 bills passed by the House that Mitch refuses to bring to the Senate floor.

Rand Paul is the Kremlin's favorite Senator.

New York. You have megalomaniac Chuck Schumer with intellectual flyweight Gillibrand

Got you beat by a mile

IL

Dick Durbin

Tammy Duckworth

Game over.

Another poor state represented by republicans. Nothing new, just about the whole south is the same.

Pelosi’s not in the Senate, good one!

LOL

Good point. Duh. :doh

I haven't seen anything about Feinstein in so long I forgot she wasn't dead yet.

They are probably keeping her out of the public eye lest she be caught on video wandering aimlessly through the Hart Senate Office Building

Curious what your definition of "poorly represented" is. Do you just mean represented by senators you don't care for?

If the people of the state elect someone because they like what they do, is that "poorly represented"? I wouldn't say so. I'd say they've got the representation they want.

You don't have to approve of them, but if that's what the people of the state want, then they're not poorly represented.

TBH, I have no idea how the folks in Kentucky feel about McConnell and Paul; they both are multi-term Senators. My only experience is with their positions on the national stage. From vowing to make Obama a “one term President,” to the SCOTUS pick and in to recent gate-keeping of bills to come before the Senate, McConnell has run interference for this excuse of an Administration.

Paul is a hostage taker. He acts as a fly in the ointment and then he gets some concession and is all on board.

I do admit to a distaste for both men based solely on reading and viewing news.

As you point out, Kentucky seems to be happy; there is an election coming for at least one of them.

Just saying, there's a difference between a state being "poorly represented" and having senators you think suck.

If you're asking "is there any state with senators who suck worse," then all of your answers are going to be pretty much party line.

Thanks for straightening me out! The answers to “what color is the moon,” will fall along party lines.

I have to disagree, Pennsylvania sucks worse. Two biggest wimps in either party as Senators.
