Black editor resigns from newspaper that urged KKK revival

LINDEN, Ala. (AP) — An African-American woman who took over the helm of a small-town Alabama newspaper that recently called for the Ku Klux Klan to “ride again” has stepped down after a few weeks, citing interference from the newspaper’s owner.

Elecia R. Dexter told The New York Times on Friday that she stepped down because of continuing interference from the newspaper’s owner who had published the KKK editorial. Dexter said she wanted to maintain her “integrity and well-being.”

Alabama....It figures....

One wonders why, given the widespread upset being labelled a racist engenders, why white folks let happen the racist crap they do. I mean, really. Black Americans have been decrying racist/racists for as long as there have been Black Americans and racism remains. White folks decrying and marginalizing racism and racists, and then not teaching it to their kids, is the only way racism is going to lose its appeal.
 
Well the white owner lasted two weeks with an Afro-American woman at his paper's helm.

Longer than I had imagined. After all, he did call for the KKK to ride again. The strange part is, he has a bi-racial daughter.

This is only a trick Jesus is playing in order to convince the faithful that they should continue to send money to people like Oral Roberts.
