Yet Nancy is enjoying her lavish vacation and no one blinks an eye. I think the Obama's went to Hawaii as well. But they deserved the rest and relax.

Politicians raise funds. I don't complain about Trump campaigning, even though he seems to have an excessive amount of free time to do so. I am pointing out that he is using his position for personal profit. He owns a club, people pay him to hang out there and brush shoulders. Foreign governments pay him to stay at his hotel. These activities are not ethical.

If Nancy Pelosi is paying for her own vacation, I don't care if she goes to Mars.

We pay for Trump's vacations, and he profits off of them.

There is a huge difference. Number one, there are laws governing the raising of campaign funds, and the use of them. They are not considered personal income, and a candidate would not be expected to pay income tax on them.
