WuFlu Impact On Porn

Why are you making hypothetical situations? Discuss what is actually happening now

It's like this, if you ask someone , are you a whore? The answer will always (or most often) be no.

The ONLY way to find out is to posit such a question. See, for many, it's not a question of whether or not someone is a whore, it's a question of price.

Okay, now I'm asking you these questions because of your position on pornography.

And, so, I have another question, or two questions, and I'll tell you why it's relevant later, after you answer it, and it will make sense after you answer the question why I must wait until you answer them to tell you.

Here are the questions:

If someone paid you $100k to appear in a soft porn film, but you keep your clothes on and are not required to act in a sex scene.

Would you do it?

the Second question is, did you vote for Donald Trump?

dude, those hypothetical situations mean nothing if I say- in this world, pornographers are dead by capital punishment so I would get arrested if i said yes

so no

Really, you'd skip on an easy 10 million?

Some would call you a fool. But, of course, no one can call you a whore.

It a is a possible world

In that world, pron could be illegal and I would be arrested, see where your hypothetical worlds fail

I know philosophy

Looks are important, but in modern times it seems people are valuing marriage less and less, in valuing hedonism more and more.

Absolutely right, it is truly a shame that degeneracy is widespread.

I've taught at half a dozen different schools. Fully certified.

And if the phrase is not in the U.S. Constitutional then it isn't part of U.S. law.

Thomas Jefferson was seriously overrated historically.

Probably Liberty “university” type schools.

Internet porn has been decreasing in quality for years.

I doubt that the pandemic will help any. .

Political Correctness is the problem.

Lack of imagination too...

How are you going to stop it?

Camera's in every bedroom, with the government watching what is going on.

After anything illegal was completed they would send the morality police to arrest the people. Then the watchers would clean the room and themselves from potential droppings

no, it is increasing

Consent is irrelevant, you cannot be permitted to consent to evil
You are Christian ISIS.

There as many ideas of what is immoral or evil as who your minster is, what sect you belong to, and what god/s you pray to. The US Constitution and the Bill of Rights forbid that others are required to live by your religious edicts because doing so would violate both religious clauses of the First Amendment because the government would be forcing people to obey a religious belief and the government would be supporting one religious belief and religious belief in general over that of others and non-belief who are not puritanical.

Your religious beliefs are your alone and stop at the end of your nose where the equal rights of others begin, despite your prayers or opinions. Your idea is extremely hypocritical because you would be outraged if you were forced to obey the laws of Islam, Hinduism, Satanism Budddishm, or an,y of the other 100 plus theological 'isms but you have no problem forcing others to obey your mythology with the power of the state to compel them.

Repent immediately or you shall be boiled for eternity in spicy marinara until you are perfetly al'dente. We have sous-vide technology, so anything is possible.

Obviously you can't keep a job.

God expects his servants to try and do what they can.

Then you're fired, because you turned a reality show host into a messiah, and God has clearly sent a plague to show his displeasure at your choices.

Why blame me? I never voted for Trump. I was a supporter of Scott Walker. Then Marco Rubio. Then Ted Cruz. Then JEB Bush...….

I make a habit of never believing a single word out of the mouths of anyone who likes this bird.

Sticking a GOP elephant in the middle of it means your hopes and dreams lie elsewhere than Scott Walker, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz.

That's a myth. There was organized crime long before alcohol prohibition.

The TERM "organized crime" in this country arose directly from the Federal Government's battles with mob controlled bootleg liquor cartels.
The phenomenon of organized crime feeds directly off of black market activities that are centered around providing prohibited goods and services.

In the last fifty years we have spent well over a trillion dollars attempting prohibition of hard drugs AND soft drugs, like pot.
The result has been anything but encouraging because our prohibition model has given license to the most powerful global cartels on the planet.
The result has been the creation of a "prohibition industry" that could not possibly ever survive the successful mitigation or eradication of hard drugs, because the enforcement and corrections industry are now largely either profit based or career based, meaning we now apparently NEED to HAVE MORE hard drugs, in order to sustain the alphabet soup of agencies now tasked with battling the cartels and warehousing their footsoldiers.

Prohibition results in more of whatever is being prohibited.
Also see "British Opium Wars"...another seventy year long disaster.

And as for porn...the map says it all, and if you can't see the folly which is self-evident there, then you are incapable of simple concrete reasoning and critical thinking.

Why? Producers are consenting adults. Buyers and sellers are consenting adults

it's a harm to society in general. it increases degeneracy.

I can understand why porn may be popular in very sparsely populated Alaska, but very religious and very conservative Utah and Mississippi have some 'splaining to do.:2funny:

Also see "British Opium Wars"...another seventy year long disaster.

The British Opium wars were an attempt by the East India Company to gain control of the opium trade in SE Asia and Asia proper, meaning greater China. Unlike American Prohibition, and outgrowth of the religious Tolerance movement of intolerance for alcohol, drugs and prostitution, the British were seeking to secure the trade in drugs.

The bible belt has been the most avid market for porn since the introduction of the first Betamax video players. Still today, the sale of porn dvd's and sex toys are strongest in the bible belt. More than 50% of net traffic is to and from porn sites. It was estimated that before it was driven out of the business, Craig's List generated more than $86 mil in annual ads for prostitution, mostly in the Bible belt, California and the Washington DC Albany Boston corridor which includes Philadelphia, Atlantic and NY cities.
