Why do you trust US doctors (who are just as likely to be foreign born as not) more than doctors from any other country ?

Are European medical universities lacking something ? But not so much when a graduate moves to the USA to practice ?

Not xenophobic. Playing the race card really? How's this? I know the US System and standards, and I trust the system better and also know that going overseas means that complications that could arise means insurance here won't cover and I run the risk of compensation or solutions if I go elsewhere. Here in the US my insurance will not be nullified if I go with them and something goes wrong the doctor/parties responsible can more easily be held accountable.

Practical concerns, not "XENOPHOBIA" are what drives me, don't try to plaster that racist **** on me.

Well yes, going overseas means you'll end up paying the whole bill out of pocket

A home warranty won't pay for failed DIY work, or a car warranty won't cover botched home repairs.

Are you saying then, that insurance companies insist surgery is done in the US ?

Because overseas operations are done all the time, and not just in Mexico. They're performed in countries like Canada and the UK which have very similar ethnic make ups to the USA...but no, you were against operations in any place outside the US of A.
