I don't know how old you are but I have noticed that as I get older while I am more comfortable with nudity it seems the people around me have become less so. Just yesterday, for example, people at the grocery seemed to be avoiding me like the plague.

I am 51 as well. At my local YMCA, the old WWII and Korean War vets would have no problem being naked and talking to each other at length with full frontal nudity. The kids today jam up the stalls to change in private. Our YMCA gave them their own locker room with privacy curtains. My girlfriend, Sonya, is a 53 year-old figure skating coach. She is a workout machine, lives on a turkey, salad, and nuts diet, gets complimented on her body all the time, but is ashamed to be an A cup. She has washboard abs! But, wants implants. Like many beautiful women she covers up like a Muslim at the beach. Meanwhile, 70 year-old women have no problem just wearing a swimsuit. It's also funny that women were arrested for trying to emancipate themselves from swimming in dresses all the way to thongs, but now feminists got swimsuits out of Miss America. NJ where Miss America started was ground zero for feminists to bare their skin.

What I have understood from Botched is that women should choose breasts that fit their frame. This lady you are talking about sounds like a slender fit woman, she should be very careful that she does not choose implants that look like she has huge breasts on a very slender figure and that looks horrendous.

I tell her don't do it. Her sister got them years ago and that adds to her insecurity. They are Ukrainian. Their dad coached pro soccer and her sister coaches hockey. Good genetics.

I suggest you develop a sense of humor. However, overly large breasts are problematic for women as they age, more prone to cysts and cancers, back pain, heart stress, and so on. There are good health reasons for women to choose breast reduction surgery. You can argue all this, but you are not the one to judge these women or demand their discomfort.

Women with large breasts have an advantage when they get older. When they remove their bras all the wrinkles disappear from their faces.
