Actually in many third world countries, if you are not high or drunk, have a minimum wage job (their minimum wage) and are not a batterer, you're already above average.

Why do you need to know the laws of a third world country on relationships? Do you find women that are not educated and have no rights sexually appealing? What is it that restricts you from having a mature relationship with American women as an equal?

That attitude comes from experience. I have been traveling to Latin America every chance I get for nearly 30 years.
