2. For grown men to talk dirty like teenage boys?

For #1., it depends on the context of said mention. If they are talking about "grabbing ******s", that goes a little against just "mentioning the female anatomy.

For #2., do you want the president of the United States to talk like that in public?

Pretty sure that #3 through #5 are more than just "talking dirty".

And #6 is a "who gives a ****" mention.

They are all equal in bad. It is demeaning for the purpose of sexualizng the female population. Like a piece of meat.
Why would any demeaning talk be acceptable in any person of any age.
I suppose a young person not being knowledgeable could be over looked once.

No, but I don't know of any president who has talked like that in office. Any of a number of womanizing presidents could have talked like that in private, especially when they were younger, but so what? Do you have a point?

Trump talked dirty when he was younger among friends, but so what? Lots of men have done that and do that. Clinton took young aides into the back rooms at the White House for illegal sex, but leftists did not care about that. Leftists only care about the democrat party and they don't give a damn about godly morals or godly influence in the USA.

People want to believe the worst about something the fact is this isn't the worst thing he's done. Running his mouth about women letting him grope them... Who cares. He did cheat on his wife. But these days marriage it's stupid traditional nonsense so if he doesn't honor his commitment it's kind of going along with very modern values and to criticize him for having modern values is to criticize modern values.
