Cancer and Oral sex

I tell my doctors nothing they do will effect my longevity. A toilet seat will fall from sky hitting me in the head, destiny. Living is dangerous to your health. If death were all that bad, we all wouldn't do it.

70 years with a new pacemaker. Still baking. I refuse to live my life in fear. Tho my wife and the grandkids can be daunting.

l agree with one part of your response. There is no sense in living in fear which is exactly why I do it. The book of proverbs says it many times that the fear of the lord begins with the
observance of the lord.

I wonder if he was close to windmills when he did this.

Then you ignore the axial moment of the Judaic Christian heritage of God being forgiving and not vengeful, allowing for the free will of humanity. God is not to be feared.

What is the Lord's stand on cunnilingus?

God of course, god knows all languages, and therefore is a very cunning linguist.

Oh! So that's why everyone wants to go to heaven! This thread had all sorts of theological implications. Opens up a whole new meaning for "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven".

Well, it's more about information I would like to pass on to younger people.

I looked it up, and the infection rates of people between the ages of 21 and 59 is about 45 to 50%. So, the younger you are , the better the chance is. I did read about a case where there was someone who was getting reoccurring oral warts, and the shot boosted his immune system to stop those... he was still infected, but not getting the oral warts anymore. It was unknown at that point on how much protection it gave, and said it had to be further researched.

I'm thinking because the pearl-clutching puritans felt it would encourage young people to have sex sooner than later.

I don't understand that one either. With birth rates being low isn't it good for them to have sex sooner? I don't understand our culture sometimes. Humans are meant to have sex that's why we like it so much that's why we are all here. How on Earth could this be seen as a bad thing?

We Americans are very sex-negative. The criminalization of sex work in the U.S., for example harms many more people than it helps.

I'm not going as far as prostitution, I'm talking more about shaming a seventeen year old for being pregnant like it's a bad thing. That's fertility years. But than again I'm against the ever expanding childhood.

Well, any of my family members were sex workers right now I'd be terrified for them. If a sex worker is raped for example, they have zero recourse - they just have to take it.

I'm sorry, that's just wrong.

As far as teenage pregnancy, that only increases when conservatives are in charge who favor abstinence over sex education.

No rape is still illegal. It doesn't matter if you are a sex worker.

So why is teen pregnancy wrong? That's literally how we've been doing it for thousands of years.

Yeah, well. You should do a little research into how excited police officers are about chasing down the rapist of a sex worker.

It's not necessarily, "wrong". As the father of a daughter, I'd prefer my teenage daughter be able to enjoy her youth as I did before taking on the monumental responsibility of parenthood.

I used to be a police officer, I know many police officers today. To them rape is rape regardless of victim. So what should I read?

So do you think it would be a mistake for a 17-18-19 to have a child? What is "enjoying youth" some people want to be parents.

Sex worker - Wikipedia

Globally, sex workers encounter barriers in accessing health care, legislation, legal resources, and labor rights. In a study of U.S sex workers, 43% of interview participants reported exposure to intimate-partner violence, physical violence, armed physical violence, and sexual violence in the forms of sexual coercion and rape.[29] In this same study, a sex worker reported, "in this lifestyle nothing’s safe".[29] Sex workers experience police abuse as well. Police use their authority to intimidate sex workers. Police officers have been reported to exploit street-based sex workers’ fear of incarceration to force them to have sex with the police without payment, sometimes still arresting them after the coerced sex.[29] Police also compromise sex workers safety, often holding sex workers responsible for crimes acted against them because of the stigma attached to their occupation, also known as victim-blaming.[30] The effects of whorephobia impacts sex workers’ agency, safety, and mental health.[31] There is growth in advocacy organizations to reduce and erase prejudice and stigma against sex work, and to provide more support and resources for sex workers.[32]

I don't know many teenage kids who want to be parents. Why don't you provide me a link to how prevalent that is since I did your research for you on the sex worker violence issue.

Teen pregnancy isn't "wrong" it's just difficult. Teens are still legally children themselves. They don't have full civil rights. They don't have their own wealth in most cases. They aren't able to support themselves or their children. They may want to be parents, but the responsibility of parenthood will rest with the grandparents till the teens achieve majority. I certainly do not agree with shaming pregnant girls, and I'm glad that we've gotten away from that as a culture, but that does not mean that I think teens should be parents just because they might think it's a good idea.

I'll trust my opinion over the opinion expressed on Wikipedia.

A link to what? How prevalent dies it have to be? What are you talking about?
