I think that this society is over regulated, particularly with our now crappy justice system.

The hammer of the law is not in fact the right tool for every job.

I like how the article felt it necessary to point out the car was parked.
 
Reminds me of this Farside cartoon. It was just supposed to be a dog stand proudly atop his kill, but hundreds of complaints were sent because people thought it looked like something else. :)

Why is it illegal to have romance with a car?

It's no one's business.

He is not hurting anyone else.

If this were a humane country, the police officers would have just asked him to move to an enclosed area where people could not see his lovemaking.
